Reports are generated by AI and typically arrive within 15 minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@fairkeel.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll track it down manually.
What is the free snapshot and what does it include?
The free snapshot is generated immediately from the listing you paste. It covers class-typical quirks, a fair-value range across three scenarios, the most likely immediate costs, and a mission-fit verdict against the profile you gave us. No email required, no signup, nothing to create.
What does the $249 Deep-Dive add?
The Deep-Dive runs a full 40-system forensic on the boat — hull, rig, engine, electrical, safety gear, and more — with photo evidence where visible. It includes a narrowed fair-value range, 10–15 negotiation levers with dollar estimates, a survey focus brief pre-targeted on this hull's likely weak points, and a broker question pack you can forward as-is. After the broker replies, a second report (Wave 2) updates the verdict with their actual answers.
What is Wave 2 and how do I trigger it?
Wave 2 is an updated report generated after you hear back from the broker. Forward the question pack from your email to the broker, then paste their reply into the link included in your Deep-Dive report email. The system re-runs the analysis with that new information and sends you a revised report with a final Go / Conditional Go / No-Go verdict.
Is this a replacement for a professional marine survey?
No. FairKeel is a pre-survey intelligence tool — it helps you decide whether a boat is worth pursuing and prepares you for negotiation and survey. It is AI-generated analysis based on the listing, photos, and public sources. A qualified marine surveyor physically inspecting the boat is required before any purchase. Our reports say so explicitly.
Can I get a refund?
If your report failed to generate or arrived with a technical error, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Because reports are AI-generated on purchase, we can't refund based on the conclusions — the analysis reflects what the listing and available evidence supports. What listing sources do you support?
YachtWorld, TheYachtMarket, Boats.com, Apollo Duck, most broker microsites, and plain pasted listing text. If your listing URL doesn't work, try copying and pasting the listing text directly into the field on the start page.
How is my data used?
